Who we are

OUR VISION is to cultivate a global community where all youth regardless of their background have equal access to education, mental health support, and personal development tools.

We envision a world where young people are not limited by their circumstances but uplifted by opportunity, guidance.

Meet the Team

  • Founder and Co-CEO

A Pre-Nursing student at Mount Saint Mary’s University, Giselle combines her academic interests in healthcare with her passion for service and social impact. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, community engagement, and a deep belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to flourish, mentally, emotionally, and academically.

The inspiration for Project Bloom Global began during a trip to Turks and Caicos, where Giselle and her co-founder visited Elite Primary and Secondary School, a small institution serving immigrant children of all ages from Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. Witnessing the students’ resilience and gratitude despite limited resources left a lasting impact. It was there that Giselle felt called to create an organization that could bridge these gaps and nurture growth through education, wellness, and opportunity.

To Giselle, the name "Project Bloom Global" represents more than just a title. It reflects her belief that when you invest in a child's roots, you help them flourish. Through partnerships, programs, and advocacy, she envisions a world where young people are given the tools and encouragement to reach their full potential, both locally and globally.

At Mount Saint Mary’s University, Giselle continues to deepen her leadership through active involvement in the Black Student Union as the Events Program Manager, Women in Health and Science, the Economics Club, and the Gender and Sexualities Alliance. Her dedication to growth, both personal and overall, drives her mission to build an organization that plants seeds of hope and opportunity, helping young individuals around the world rise, heal, and bloom.

  • Founder and Co-CEO

A Pre-Law Psychology student at Loyola Marymount University, Zoee merges her academic understanding of human behavior with her passion for advocacy and social change, centering her work on how mental and emotional support can help young people thrive beyond circumstance.

The inspiration for Project Bloom Global began during a trip to Turks and Caicos, where Zoee and her co-founder visited Elite Primary and Secondary School, a small institution serving immigrant children from Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. Moved by the students’ optimism and perseverance in the face of limited resources, Zoee felt called to co-create an organization that uplifts youth by investing in both their emotional and educational development.

For Zoee, the name “Project Bloom Global” symbolizes the belief that when you nurture a child’s confidence and well-being, you help them grow roots strong enough to flourish anywhere. Through initiatives focused on mentorship, access, and mental health advocacy, Zoee envisions spaces where every young individual feels seen, supported, and equipped to reach their full potential.

At Loyola Marymount University, Zoee continues to deepen her leadership as an executive board member of the Black Student Union, the Learning Community, and the Academic Community of Excellence. Through her leadership, Zoee aims to redefine what support looks like for youth, creating spaces that inspire boundless possibility.
